works very well for me 100mg. It took 1 hour to take effect. It will work for me if I take it on an empty stomach no food, alcohol or soda drinks for 4 hours just plain water. My side effect is lite blue vision and slight runny nose.

Works great. I am only 40. Started having problems about a year ago. Got a sample pack from Dr. with 6 pills. The first three I took worked perfectly. Took on empty stomach or at least one hour after a meal. Within an hour, took effect.
