Worked quite well and very fast, within 2 weeks.
With in 3 days this med works to give at least a 75% reduction in sypmtoms assoc. w/ GERD. No noticible side effects. I take it for approx 10 days until feeling better and then again if/when GERD becomes unmanageable. This does not work like an antacid giving instant releif.
Used protonix for over 6 months-worked very well, better than Nexium which caused cramping. Then switched to generic version for savings, seems to work allright.
