When I was in my teenage years and in my twenties (that was 20 years ago), I had bad acne and I wore a lot of make up to cover up the redness and the unsightly look of acne and pimples. Of course, everybody can tell I'm just trying to cover up bad skin. I started using cleocin topical and it started to clear up. Within a week, I felt and saw the difference. I was wearing less and less make up because my skin looked good. I stopped wearing foundation all together. It became part of my daily regimen for years. I had five other people get the prescription for themselves, and they loved it!

Well, the only reason the product was easy to use and the first time I use it. At first it sting only for about 15 minutes after treatment of myself. And the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 because it's my first time useing this product. I think I give it an A-. For now I am ok.

This product has really worked for me. As son as I run out, it unfortunately begin to worsen. BUT, what I like is unlike some other products, it works even after the break in use. It also doesn't take as long to begin clearing your acne up. I really love this product and I go to doctors to ask for this. If it stops working, then I'll ask for recommendations. But for now, nothink else for me thanks!

This one really worked for me but the only thing was that it gave me constipation. I would feel as if i had to go all day but i couldnt! it was way better than the horse pills that taste nasty

This medication is easy to use because it's only a 3-day treatment! Once a day, preferrably at night, you insert one ovule either with your fingers or the enclosed insertion tool and that's it. I did not experience any side effects whatsoever from this treatment. After the first night of treatment, I noticed that the telltale smell that BV is associated with was completely gone, by day two, my discharge was back to normal, and after day three, it was as if it never happened. You should wear a sanitary napkin (pad) at night after taking this medication as it can be a little messy.

Bottom line: There are a lot of scary sounding reviews and side effect warnings out there about this drug, but I found it to be easy, convenient, and highly effective. I would recommend it and use it again if I needed it.

On it for 7 days post tonsillectomy, tates awful & bitter, but no infection!

my son had an infection on his gum..and took this medicine for 7 days and now he has this terrible looking rash alllllll over his legs and his body and arms and chest and back...poor kid...now he has to take steroids for the next 3 days to make sure his rash is nothing serious...

MRSA, this is the only drug that has helped me with it.

I was very leary about using this medication after some of the reviews I had read prior but it was fairly easy to use. The fact that the treatment only takes three days is the biggest bonus. I did not realize how annoying my bv symptoms were until I finished the treatment and no longer had to deal with them. Inserting the ovules is easy if you lie on your back as instructed in the pamphlet. And I went to bed immediately after. I had no issues with leakage or side effects and everything seemed back to normal as soon as the second nightly treatment. I would definitely recommend this treatment to any woman with bv.

I was prescribed this medication after a root canal. The Dr. warned me of the side effects, which made me wonder why he prescribed it! I experienced stomach pains and loose bowls. I finished my week long prescription, and feel fine now.

I Love this medicine! It worked so well for my acne! My acne did get a little worse a week after i started using it, but my doctor said that is expected. By the third week my acne was GONE! I still get maybe 1 or 2 small pimples during my period but that will happen because thats what a womens body does during a menstraul cycle, and anyway the small breakout is not as bad as what I use to get during my period. I would recomend Clindamycin to anyone who has acne and has tried other medications and products and there body failed to responed to other treatments. Although, there is one miracle drug called Accutane that is almost 100% guaranteed if taken correctly your acne will disappear completly. Although i would say try Clindamycin before you think about takin Accutane because Accutane has very serious side effects. Accutane is very harsh on your body. a small amount of Accutane users have died, had liver damage, developed depression and alot of other serious side effects. My brother took Accutane as a teen and it did clear up his acne but he was left with huge Keloids on his chest once he stopped taking it. These Keloids had no cure for him. He went to a large amount of doctors, even surgeons to have them cut out but they just grew back. There are exactly 32 of them on his chest, they are raised red bumps the size of a human thumb and bleed often. His Dermotologist believes Accutane did cause them. The sad thing is they will never go away! So please make sure you try everything for acne before you try Accutane. It may not give you what my brother had or any side effects at all, but it all depends on your body. Although there is no way to know till you try.
