Works very well, I like being able to have spontaneous sex again. Tried Viagra and Levitra which also worked but sex had to be planned ahead, not as romantic. No muscle aches but it does give me an annoying headache and stuffy nose for the entire time it's working which can take you out of the mood for more sex. Wonder if the lower dose, daily pill works as well without the headache.

Works perfectly. Hard erections, multiple erections, lasts from Friday night til Sunday morning. For best and quickest results dont take with large meals and do not drink alcohol.

works great The first dose of Cialis gave me headache and stuffy nose..but "cured" my ED for approx. 36 hours. I was able to have intercourse several times with the first dose. Erections were rock hard although I felt a little too engorged 30 mins after ejaculation. The second dose did not give me any headache/nasal stuffiness but significant lower back pain. The pain subsided after a normal Advil dosage. Sexual performance was outstanding and more than I had hoped for. Subsequent dosages have not produced any side effects at all...this is consistent with literature which states that side effects typically subside or lessen with repeated usage.

Works best if cut in half and both halves taken at once. Doing this produces a really super hard erection that lasts until ejaculation, up to several hours later.

Worked in me for four days, I couldnt believe it, waking up erect for first time in 4 years. Did have bad aches in legs entire time, to the point of sleeplessness. In spite of that, a wonder drug MUCH better than Viagra. Effects were so fantastic, I am not yet deterred by the side effect. Dosage was 20 mg, so will try 10 mg next time.
